Guest Contributor Agreement

  1. Introduction

This Guest Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Grace Tidings (“Publisher”) and the individual submitting content (“Contributor”) for publishing on Grace Tidings website. By submitting content to Grace Tidings, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Content Submission & Approval

  • All submissions must align with the mission and values of Grace Tidings.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to accept, reject, or request edits to any submission.
  • Submissions must be original and not published elsewhere unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • AI-generated content is strictly prohibited. AI tools may be used for editing support or ideation, but the final content must originate from the contributor’s own thought, conviction, and voice. Submissions should be authentic and born out of genuine personal experience or study.

  1. Ownership & Rights

  • The Contributor retains copyright ownership of their content but grants Grace Tidings a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to publish, modify, distribute, and promote the content.
  • The Contributor agrees not to republish the content elsewhere without written consent from the Publisher.
  • If agreed in writing, the Contributor may republish the content with credit to Grace Tidings and a link to the original article.

  1. Plagiarism & Intellectual Property

  • All content must be original and free from copyright violations.
  • Any use of third-party content (quotes, images, or media) must have appropriate citations and permissions.
  • The Contributor indemnifies Grace Tidings against any claims related to copyright infringement.

  1. Editing & Formatting

  • The Publisher reserves the right to edit content for clarity, grammar, SEO optimization, and consistency with Grace Tidings‘s style.
  • The Contributor will be notified of significant edits before publication.

  1. Compensation & Attribution

  • Contributions are voluntary and unpaid unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • The Contributor will receive proper attribution with a short bio and optional link to their website or social media.
  • The Contributor must provide a head-shot and bio if they wish to be credited.

  1. External Links & SEO

  • The Publisher reserves the right to remove or modify external links.
  • Any promotional or affiliate links must be disclosed and pre-approved by the Publisher.

  1. Liability & Indemnification

  • The Contributor is responsible for ensuring accuracy and factual integrity.
  • The Contributor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Grace Tidings from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their content.

  1. Termination & Content Removal

  • Either party may request content removal, but Grace Tidings retains the right to keep published content live unless legal removal is required.
  • The Publisher reserves the right to remove content that becomes outdated, inaccurate, or conflicts with the blog’s values.

  1. Agreement Acceptance

By submitting content to Grace Tidings, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This Agreement is binding upon submission.
